DELIVERY

Delivery times vary according to the product ordered and stock availability. We make every effort to get goods to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days (excl. weekends and Bank Holidays) for stocked items. Expected delivery dates or times given by Shoreline Interiors Ltd., our suppliers, or our carriers are given as a guide only. We cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred from delivery at a different date or time.

We will contact you if we are informed by the courier that there is likely to be any delay with your order with which you then have the choice of either waiting for the item, or cancelling your order.

Unfortunately, delays can occur owing to circumstances outside of our control (for example, postal strikes and weather conditions etc.) and therefore, we incur no liability for delays or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return any goods to us, you must email customer services at enquiries@shorelineinteriors.co.uk

 

If return is approved, we will send you a return’s note, please be advised that the cost of returning any product will be your responsibility.  Only goods which have been approved for return to us, goods which are returned without pre-approval will not be credited and may be disposed of.

 

Upon delivery it is your responsibility to check the goods, any alleged defect, shortage, fault, or error must be reported within 5 working days, and before the products are used or fitted.

 

In the unlikely event of any goods which show sign of Transit Damage, please sign for the delivery as “Damaged” and report to customer services at enquiries@shorelineinteriors.co.uk within 5 working days.
